Where can I find care instructions for the products? 

When available, you can find care details on each product page under the tab called “Care Instructions.”

How do I use the Octagon 4D+ cards ?

All Octagon 4D+ products work in conjunction with a free mobile app, available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For instance, you will need to download the Animal 4D+ app to use with the Animal 4D+ cards. Please check each product page for specific instructions and click on the tab called “How to Use.”

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards via PayPal or direct bank transfer to Little Avenue Pte Ltd (UEN 202103520Z). Orders submitted without payment after 48 hours will be automatically canceled. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any issues with your payment.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Sorry, not at the moment! We currently only show and process payments in Singapore Dollars.

How do I apply my discount code? 

Discount codes can be applied to your order at checkout. Simply enter your code into the appropriate field, then click “apply.” Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

What are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimension and destination. Payment for shipping will be charged at purchase.

Where do you ship from?

All shipments are packed and sent from Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Choose your country when you check out and you’ll be able to see shipment options to you. If your country isn’t listed or no options come up, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do to ship to you. Note that you may incur tax or customs charges at the destination country. 

* IMPORTANT: Please be aware that some countries may restrict the shipment of certain items (such as wood products, including wooden toys) into the country. We recommend that you contact the destination country’s customs office to confirm their list of restricted goods, prior to placing your orders for international shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping fees once the products have shipped out. We also cannot offer refunds for any products that may have been damaged in transit or no longer in sellable condition.

What are my shipping options?

We work with various couriers including SingPost, QExpress and Ninja Van for local deliveries, and SingPost, Janio and DHL for international deliveries. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order after payment is received. Local deliveries will typically arrive 3 to 5 business days thereafter, and international deliveries 9 to 24 business days thereafter.

We currently do not offer self-collection.

What duties and fees are charged for international shipping?

Duties and taxes will depend on your country’s customs laws. Schoolyard does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you require further details.

How can I track my package?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out. You may need to access an external website to access tracking details.

Can I return products?

We want you to be happy with your order so if you do experience any issues, please email us at [email protected]. At this time, our return policy is case-by-case. We will do our best to find an amicable and agreeable solution that works for everyone, be it a refund or replacement. Please note that we can only assess cases that are submitted to us within 3 days of your receipt of the products. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Products marked as Final Sale and/or are discounted by 30% or more are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

While we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, we may be able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Please email us at [email protected] to check on this possibility. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already shipped, please contact our support team for further assistance.
